FHA Limits Increased for Pima County - Tucson, Arizona
FHA announced on February 27, 2009 that loan limits in Pima** County have increased from $271,050 to $316,250.
The required down payment remains at 3.5% which is lower than what is required for conventional loans, which
typically require a 20% downpayment.
If the home you are interested in is less than $316,250, and you don't have a significant amount of

**Note: Pima County includes Tucson, Green Valley, Sahuarita, Marana, Oro Valley, Vail,
Catalina, Mt Lemmon, Redington, and Ajo.
