First Time Home Buyer

If you have never bought a home before (or haven't owned a home in the last 3 years), the U.S. government will give you a tax credit of up to $8,000 for the purchase of your primary residence before April 30, 2010. USDA Financing - 100% Loans

You may be elligible for a 100% loan with no downpayment if you are buying in areas classified as "rural". You will be surprised to learn that many areas fall into this category even though they are not thought of as rural areas. VA Loans - 100% Loans

You may be elligible for a 100% loan with no downpayment if you currently serve or have served in the military. You'll need to have a credit score of a 570 or higher to qualify. Click to read more about the VA Loan program.
